Applicants that live in a Remote Online Notary (RON)  eligible county, will be able to remotely sign their HELOC documents online. Those living in a non-RON eligible county will be directed to schedule a mobile notary who will meet you at the location of your choosing at a time that is convenient for you to sign your HELOC documents.
